An Inquiry Into The Rainforest

because people are cutting down the rainforest a lot.

In this session, we learned that nothing is black or white,
which means something good on the other hand can be bad .

We are presenting our brochure at the Friday Assembly.

Collaboration is an important aspect of learning.

 

We designed and drew an imaginary island called Disaster Island.
Much of our work centred around this in the last part of the year.

Our Electric Science Project

We are working on the lighthouse circuit. We are trying to make the bulb work.

It is not easy to make an electrical switch. We
 have to use an insulator to block the electricity.

Making a lighthouse building is easy, but making the switch is difficult.

We designed a lighthouse with scissors, cardboard, ruler,  batteries and wires.

At the Share Time we are talking about the insulator and
 conductor. The insulator is something that will make the electricity stop.
The conductor is something that will make the electricity move.
